SongShares

What are SongShares?

A SongShare is a limited-edition music collectible that also includes a share of royalty participation in the song it represents.

This gives fans a unique opportunity to own a tangible piece of music history, while also receiving a portion of the royalties the song earns.

SongShares are SEC-qualified offerings backed by real royalty rights—not crypto, not NFTs, and not speculative digital tokens.

What you receive when you purchase a SongShare:

• Digital ownership displayed in your SongVest account

• Royalty participation from the underlying song

• A premium physical SongShare Kit shipped to your address

Bascially, SongShares are fractional shares of royalty streams, and an exciting new way for anyone to buy a stake in the royalties of songs they love and share in the income.

SongVest is the first to utilize Regulation A+ of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in order to sell music royalties in SongShares which are “royalty share units.”

In each offering, SongVest experts work with a seller to evaluate their catalog, determine the limited number of royalty share units to be sold, and create a listing.

How ownership works:

When a song earns royalties from streaming services, sync placements, downloads, or other revenue sources, a proportional share flows to SongShare owners.

Royalties are generally processed and paid every two months after the distributors report revenue.
