These are fulfilled by SongVest’s partner store, and package updates are emailed to recipients when the items are ready to be shipped.

Shipping Timeline:
Merch / memorabilia generally ship within 14–21 days of purchase but unforseen delays may occur to cause changes. You’ll receive tracking information via email when your merch / memorabilia ships.

Lost or Damaged Kits:
Contact SongVest Support for a replacement if your Kit arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe.

How to Update Your Address:

1. Log in to your SongVest account.

2. Open Account Settings.

3. Select Address Information.

4. Update your address and click Save.

When You Can’t Update: Once a Kit enters fulfillment, address changes may not be possible. Contact support immediately.
